Brett Byrd, Senior Compliance Consultant

Brett Byrd is a seasoned compliance professional with over 28 years of investment and advisory related experience. Most recently Brett was a member of the senior compliance team and Head of Trade Compliance at Ares Management Corporation. He also served as Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) of Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund. Prior to that he was with Macquarie Funds Group and served as CCO of Four Corners Capital Management and two affiliated registered investment advisers, and as CCO of Macquarie Global Infrastructure Total Return Fund. 

Brett received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He serves Gideon as compliance consultant
