Caroline Goldsmith, VP, Operations

Caroline began her journey at Gideon as a summer intern following her junior year of college. Caroline continued interning throughout her senior year as a Research Coordinator before joining on full-time as Operations Manager. Caroline works on long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals such as, but not limited to assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits, identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market, and communicating with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects.

Caroline graduated from the University of Southern California Class of 2021. At USC, Caroline obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business and joined several honors societies. Caroline is active member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority and organized several events for the organization as Director of Recruitment Events.

Caroline grew up in Los Angeles, California and attended Brentwood School. In her free time, Caroline enjoys acting, watching soccer, and spending time with friends and family.
