Caroline Goldsmith, CFPA, VP, Operations

Caroline serves as the Vice President of Operations at Gideon Strategic Partners. She began her tenure with the firm as a summer intern in 2020 and continued to intern throughout her senior year while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Upon graduating in 2021, Caroline joined the team full-time and subsequently earned her CFPA certification from Wharton in the fall of 2024.

In her current role, Caroline provides strategic support by collaborating with leadership to develop and implement key company initiatives. Her responsibilities encompass developing annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial statements, managing the company’s accounting processes, reporting on internal operations, and overseeing the hiring and onboarding of new talent. Her comprehensive approach ensures the company’s operational efficiency and financial stability.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Caroline enjoys watching soccer, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family in her free time.
