Glenn Gutwillig, Chief Technology Officer
Glenn Gutwillig serves as Chief Technology Officer at Gideon, where he plays a critical role in shaping the firm's technology strategy and investment approach. As a key member of the Investment Committee, Glenn provides deep expertise in technology-driven investment opportunities, portfolio design, and risk management.
Prior to joining Gideon, Glenn was a founding Executive Partner at Accenture, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling the firm’s Data, Advanced Analytics & AI consulting practices. He served as both the Global and National Practice Industry Lead for the Health and Public Sector client teams and also led Ventures & Acquisitions for Accenture’s Applied Intelligence (Data & AI) business unit.
Before Accenture, Glenn was a highly successful entrepreneur and senior executive at multiple industry-leading firms in the semiconductor, enterprise software and management consulting industries, including Knightsbridge Solutions LLC, Braun Consulting, The Bentley Group /eLoyalty, and Teradyne. His leadership helped drive strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence in each of these technology-driven businesses as well as their clients.
Glenn serves on the Global Mentor Institute’s (GMI) Executive Committee, a non-profit with a mission to multiply the impact of next-generation leaders and their mentors by professionalizing and institutionalizing mentorship at the highest levels of corporations and public institutions.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA with High Honors in Economics & Business Management from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
Glenn resides in Concord Massachusetts with his wife, Lisa a Healthcare management consultant and part time member of the Boston Red Sox organization. In his free time, Glenn is an avid sailor who enjoys all activities on the water during New England’s warmer months and skiing with family and friends in the winter.
