Henry Reitzenstein’s comprehensive tax planning practice addresses sophisticated wealth transfer techniques; income, estate, and gift tax planning; and philanthropic endeavors. He also advises on executive compensation planning, such as equity-based compensation; incentive bonus plans; tax and ERISA issues; and employment, partnership, limited liability company and severance agreements.
