Lydia Scafidi, Director, Communications

Lydia Scafidi joined Gideon Strategic Partners in 2024 as the Director of Communications. Her role facilitates effective collaboration between our diverse clientele and Gideon Strategic Partners' executive team by implementing and executing engaging communication strategies that uphold the brand's integrity across all channels.

Lydia aims to deliver exceptional, premium-level service to all clients by managing every detail, assuring our clients that they can rely on the firm for sound guidance and expert advice. Her prior experience includes being a creative director, where she excelled in collaboration with independent brands.

Lydia was born in Virginia but is a first-generation Sicilian American and a well-known world traveler. Lydia holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations focusing on Communications and Minors in Business and Italian. 

When Lydia is not in the office, you can find her working on freelance design projects, traveling, reading, and curating dinner events.
