Gavin Kreitz

Gavin Kreitz joined Gideon Strategic Partners in 2026 as a Client Services Associate, primarily operating from the firm's Baltimore office.

Working closely under the mentorship of Robert Amoruso, based in the firm's Miami office, Gavin brings an approachable, conversational style to client service, using genuine relationship-building and a natural ability to connect with people to deliver thoughtful, personalized solutions and cultivate lasting client partnerships.

Gavin's path to finance started at Lafayette College, where he spent his freshman year competing on the basketball team before switching his focus to golf as a sophomore. He went on to transfer to the University of Miami, where he majored in Economics with a minor in Finance while competing in high-level tournaments throughout the school year.

A lifelong athlete, his competitive background in both basketball and golf has shaped the discipline, drive, and people-first mindset he brings to his work today.
