Jeff Polashuk

Vice President, Investments

Jeff Polashuk joined Gideon Strategic Partners as Vice President, directing the firm's investment business with a sharp focus on real estate and private company opportunities. He brings nearly a decade of operating leadership in residential real estate, most recently serving as Regional Vice President for the Southeast at Compass, where he led the region to the #1 market share over 8.5 years and built high-performing teams through a period of intense growth. Prior to Compass, he led Zillow's East Coast brokerage partnerships.

Jeff is a College of Charleston alumnus, where he majored in Corporate Communication and served as President of Pi Kappa Alpha. He holds a Florida real estate license and lives in Coral Gables with his wife, Elana, their son, Charlie, and their dog, Teddy.

Outside of work, he can usually be found at the beach, at a concert, or on the tennis court.
